Heritage Toyota Catonsville awarded 42 Howard County Residents with funds to replace the vehicles lost in the July flooding Wednesday.
Howard County Executive Alan Kittleman joined Heritage Automotive executives, the Ellicott City Partnership to award the “On The Road” winners at a special ceremony.
Heritage Toyota Catonsville launched "On The Road" in October for residents to apply for financial aid from a $50,000 fund.
