Heritage Toyota of Catonsville launched a campaign to get Ellicott City residents back behind the wheel Monday.
The company teamed up with Ellicott City Partnership to create “On the Road," a $50,000 fund to help residents, property owners, business owners and employees get cars.
Anyone who lost their vehicles during the flood in July can apply to receive financial assistance.
The application deadline is Wednesday, October 28.
