Baltimore Police announced Wednesday they've arrested a man in connection with a quintuple shooting that took place at a Memorial Day cookout in North Baltimore.
Based on a community tip, detectives were able to locate 23-year-old David Warren of the 3100 block of Federal Street. Commissioner Kevin Davis said Warren had two guns in his possession when police found him Tuesday night. He was arrested after a brief foot chase, according to police.
Commissioner Davis called Warren a "trigger puller," saying he's on probation for an armed robbery. Police said he's a member of the 10 Grand Club, which is made up of members who Commissioner Davis said "consider themselves hitmen for hire."

Warren is reportedly a person of interest in other homicides and non-fatal shootings.
Five people were shot at a cookout Monday afternoon in the 500 block of E 43rd Street near York Road.
The victims ranging in age from 20 to 59-year-old, including four men and a woman were taken to area hospitals for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

One of the treated victims, 20-year-old Taiquan Moss of the 800 block of Cator Avenue was later arrested that evening after police said he returned to the scene of the incident with a loaded .38 caliber revolver. He was observed standing on the block with a handgun in his waistband, according to police, and was charged with various handgun violations.
