Baltimore Police arrested a man on handgun violations after he returned to the scene of a shooting that left five people injured Monday afternoon.

Police said Taiquan Moss, 20, of the 800 block of Cator Avenue, was one of the five victims treated after the shooting incident in North Baltimore.

On Memorial Day at approximately 7:45 p.m., officers were investigating the shooting that had taken place earlier in the day in the 500 block of E. 43rd Street. During the investigation, officers said they observed Moss standing on the block with a handgun in his waistband.
