Possible evidence may have been uncovered in a 1992 murder that has remained unsolved.
Members of the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's criminal investigation unit and the Maryland State Police Dive Team searched a stretch of the Tuckahoe River near the Queen Anne / Hillsboro area on Oct. 19.
Detectives assigned to the 1992 Callahan murder investigation said the search, which lasted about five hours, was productive.
But they declined to say what possible evidence was located.
