2 more police impersonation suspects turn themselves in

Two more young men suspected of impersonating officers and robbing two drivers have turned themselves in.

Phillip Tillman, 23, of the 3700 block of Park Heights Avenue and 18-year-old Montez Wilson of the 2300 block of Annapolis Road both had open warrants for robbery-related charges, according to Baltimore Police.

The suspects turned themselves in at approximately 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Friday night around 10:30 p.m., police said four suspects in a gray Dodge Caliber stopped a car in the 1300 block of Ramsay Street and stole $400 from a driver. They then stopped another victim around 4 a.m. at the intersection of Russell and Hamburg Streets. That driver was already pulled over due to a flat tire.

A four suspects have since turned themselves in to police.
