A second man suspected of impersonating police officers and robbing drivers has turned himself into Baltimore Police.
Devin Moore, 21, turned himself into police around 11 p.m. Monday.
There was an outstanding warrant for armed robbery for Moore, of the 4500 block of Harcourt Road. He was transported to the Central Booking and Intake Facility.
Detectives are continuing to investigate.
