A second man has been arrested for a June murder in Laurel, Anne Arundel County Police said.
Brandon Holmes was taken into custody in Washington, D.C. Monday. He is awaiting extradition to Anne Arundel County.
Another man, Malachi Ellis, was already charged with first- and second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first- and second-degree murder, armed robbery, assault and other charges in connection with the shooting death of Dalan Plummer, 19, at the Knights Inn in Laurel June 25.
