2 hurt as car drives into patio seating

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) -- Two people were injured when a car jumped a curb and drove into an outside seating area for Zoe's Kitchen in Annapolis. 
Chief Keith Swindle with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department says crews responded to the restaurant in the 1900 block of Towne Centre Boulevard at about 1:30 p.m.
Once on the scene, emergency personnel found multiple patients that needed help. A 20-year-old woman who was sitting at the restaurant was hit by the car, she was transported to Maryland Shock Trauma with serious, but non-life injuries. 
The driver of the car, a 78-year-old man was taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center with minor injuries. 
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
