Pit Bull supporters rally in Annapolis

A push from Pit Bull owners and their supporters to pass a bill saying the dogs aren't inherently dangerous.

A group will meet at Lawyer's Mall today to urge lawmakers to pass the emergency legislation.
In 2012 it was ruled that "Pit Bulls" are "inherently dangerous."
The new legislation will reverse the ruling.
It would also institute a breed-neutral standard for all dog owners that helps ensure everyone gets their day in court.
