Howard County Police officials are pleased with the results of their reverse prostitution operations. Friday they released that 11 men had been arrested in the first operation of the year.
It goes down like this – Female officer in plain clothes work in areas target for prostitution. Men who reportedly approached female officers and offered money for sex were arrested.
The following suspects were arrested as a part of the operation:

Rodney Landrum, 57, of Laurel
Harry Michael Richard, 32, of Laurel
Howard County Police officials say they will continue to address prostitution and related criminal activity in the county. Citizens are encouraged to call 410-313-STOP with tips or information. Callers may remain anonymous. Citizens may also provide anonymous tips through the free smartphone app, "iWatchHowardCounty."
