Police say they received a tip at around 5:30 p.m. that the 37-year-old was walking towards Glasgow High School. According to officials, ATF spotted Prince walking down the street, he took off running and threw his gun before they captured him. They were able to make an arrest around 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Prince was in court via video conference on Thursday in Delaware where his bail was set at over $2.1 million dollars in cash.
Prince is facing multiple charges in Delaware including attempted murder first degree, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. In Maryland, Prince is facing charges of first and second-degree murder, first and second degree attempted murder, first and second-degree assault, use of firearm and felony.
