ELKTON, md - On June 18, 2013, Deputy First Class Dominic Fabrizio responded to the Cecil County YMCA in the unit block of YMCA Boulevard in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, DFC. Fabrizio made contact with the victim. The victim stated that at approximately 1430 hours, he parked his vehicle in the parking lot and entered the facility. Video surveillance reveals that approximately one minute later, a green Chevrolet Blazer pulled up next to the victim's vehicle. The front passenger side window was busted out. The suspects stole the victim's blue canvas wallet that contained a driver's license, two credit cards, and other personal documents. The victim also had his Apple IPhone 4S stolen from the vehicle. When the victim discovered the theft, the suspects had already used the credit cards at ACME in Elkton for $165.00, Walmart in Elkton for $172.99, Home Depot in Glasgow, Delaware for $231.43, and Cigarette City in Glasgow, Delaware for $93.15. The stolen cell phone had a value of $500.00.
