The St. Francis Neighborhood Center wants to end poverty in West Baltimore.
St. Francis Neighborhood Center runs after school and summer programs focused on education, arts, and enrichment. Students are able to meet community heroes, focus on academics, and participate in enrichment activities from yoga to working with artists.
The Center recently launched their Count on Me campaign, an initiative to raise funds to renovate and expand their space. The center is hoping to grow from the 50-60 students the currently serve to 200 children.
