CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry gave his first speech in his new role on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
Kerry spoke at the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, Va and talked about how the President's investments in foreign policy can impact America's economy and security.
His remarks are the first in a series of speeches he plans to deliver to the American people.
