Janine DiPaula Stevens is the CEO of Vircity, as well as President 720 S. Montford LLC.

The entrepreneurial adventure started in 2003 when Janine created Vircity with the vision of helping small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations effectively utilize their resources by using Vircity to assist them with their back-office support activities.

With Vircity's success came the opportunity for more adventures and serial entrepreneurs were born. Working with my business partner and husband, Bill Stevens, we continue to develop our entrepreneurial ventures, and as adjunct professors, share our experiences through our instruction of the Entrepreneurship Minor at Notre Dame of Maryland University.

Janine was awarded SmartCEO's BRAVA Award in 2008 and in 2009 she was recognized as one of the region's Top 100 Minority Business Enterprises. Janine has been recognized as one of Maryland's Top 100 Women by the Maryland Daily Record in 2008, 2010 and with her 2012 recognition, was inducted into The Daily Record's Circle of Excellence.

Janine currently serves as President of the Baltimore Regional Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and sits on the Board of Directors for Network 2000 and The Tyanna Foundation. She was the founder of the NIC&U event benefiting Mercy Medical Center's neonatal intensive care unit and is the co-chairperson for the annual Tyanna Foundation BreastFest event benefiting the Hoffberger Breast Center at Mercy. She is also co-chairperson of the annual Women of Excellence event for Network 2000, a Baltimore women's leadership program dedicated to mentoring and promoting women in business.
