More than 40% of people say it's hard to give up social media

A lot of us spend countless amounts of time scrolling and posting on social media. Researchers say it's becoming harder for people to give it up.

According to a new survey from the Pew Research Center, 40% of participants said they would find it difficult. 

Researchers found the younger you are, the more difficult it would be.

More than half of social media users between ages 18-24 said they couldn't do it. 

Users over 50 had the easiest time logging off with 66% saying they could stop using it.
