The National Hurricane Center has upgraded Tropical Depression #4 to Tropical Storm Danielle?. This upgrade is record breaking since Danielle is the earliest "fourth" named storm of any Atlantic Hurricane Season on record. Tropical Storm Danielle is forecast to make landfall on the Mexican coast today. The storm system is expected to quickly fall apart but heavy rain will remain, causing life-threatening floods and mudslides to portions of Mexico for the next few days.
