The Atlantic is starting to get going as we approach the halfway point of hurricane season. Tropical Storm Fiona has now become a tropical depression and isn't expected to have a major impact on the US.
Fiona is being trailed by two additional tropical waves - one of which could pose a threat to the US within the next week or so. The storm posing the greatest threat would be named Hermine.
