The end of October is here, but the cooler air is still lagging behind.
Only four days thus far this month have featured temperatures below normal. So that means sixteen days have seen normal or above normal highs! The warmth continues this weekend into early next week. A brief cool down is expected Wednesday and Thursday of next week, with high temperatures only in the low 60s. However, it doesn't last long. Temperatures will climb above normal again by the end of the week.
The Climate Prediction Center (CPC) is hinting at some cooler air arriving near Halloween. Stay tuned!
