Summer may be ending soon, but the summer heat will stick around for a while. This Fall will have an above average start with the majority of days in the 80s and upper 70s. These temps will also be accompanied by drier than normal conditions, thanks to our weather patterns being dominated by "ridging", or multiple high pressure cells.

By mid October true Fall will eventually show itself during a mild transition, but October & November are expected to be above average as well. This may put a damper on Fall foliage  - limiting the vibrant color of our trees as their leaves change color. A cooler transition usually promotes the best foliage transition.
