The good and bad side to damp or humid days:

Moisture makes mold grow both indoors and out, but if you're allergic to pollen, a humid or damp day is just what the doctor ordered. Increased moisture in the air weighs down the pollen, keeping it towards the ground. Rain will also assist by washing a lot of the pollen out of the atmosphere as well.

We'll have a system move in Friday that will not only increase the moisture content of the air, but also bring some rain. The coming days will have more moisture according to the Muggy Meter, therefore additional relief is on the way for some.
