FORECAST: Patchy Fog Morning Fog

An area of upper level low pressure will approach

An area of upper level low pressure will approach Maryland by tonight.  As this happens, moisture along the Atlantic coastline will be tapped, allowing for a first round of rain this afternoon/tonight.

After that, this "upper low" will likely stall and continue to drift just west of Maryland, allowing for multiple rounds of additional rain from Thursday into early Saturday.  Total rainfall amounts could exceed 4 inches, so therefore a Flash Flood Watch has been issued for central Maryland starting tonight.

With luck, we will start to see slow clearing across the state from late Saturday into Sunday.

Temperatures are set to stay seasonal. Stay tuned!
