Inauguration Traffic Advisory, expect heavy delays in DC

WASHINGTON DC - Expect heavy congestion for President Obama's second Inauguration this Monday, January 21.

The State Highway Administration urges you to plan ahead and expect heavy traffic ad transit delays.

The heaviest traffic in the DC region is anticipated between 8a.m. and noon.

You are strongly encouraged to carpool, use park and rides ( http://tinyurl.com/aoavdxr ) and arrive early if parking or using the Washington Metro system.
