A local basketball star is reportedly returning to Baltimore.
Juan Dixon will be the new head coach of the Coppin State University men's basketball team, according to multiple reports.
This is his first Division 1 men's head coaching job.
Last season, Dixon coached the women's team at the University of the District of Columbia.
Dixon was a high school basketball star at Calvert Hall, before leading the Maryland Terps to their only national title in 2002.
He also played briefly in the NBA.
