Boys Latin defeated Severn 13-6 Monday night to punch their ticket to the championship.
The Lakers took the early lead, scoring 5 unanswered goals in the first quarter.

The Admirals got on the board in midway through the second quarter.

But, Severn couldn't catch up to the Lakers. Boys Latin continued to dominate.

The Lakers will face McDonogh Friday night for the MIAA Championship. Faceoff is at 8 p.m. at Homewood Field on the campus of Johns Hopkins University.
Boys Latin will get a second chance at No. 1 McDonogh. When the two teams met in the regular season, the Eagles defeated the Lakers 10-9 in double overtime.
