Incoming Navy freshman Regine Tugade will compete in the Rio Olympics on the Guam National team.

She will be one of five athletes competing for Guam and will race in the 100-meter dash.

Tugade will be the first Navy freshman to complete in the Olympics, according to the Navy Athletics records.
