The Bowie Baysox are changing their name paying tribute to music legend David Bowie.
Friday night, the name of the team will be pronounced the way the singer's name is said. The team will also wear special Bowie-inspired jerseys that will be auctioned off.
Proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society in honor of Bowie, who died last January from liver cancer.
The team will also celebrate Bowie's 70th birthday during the game against the Akron Rubberducks at 7:05 p.m.
