One more win and the Blast is heading back to the Major Arena Soccer League Final.

“This is everything that we prepare for, is right now,” said Blast head coach Danny Kelly.

“We’re not just going to roll over. We’re going to go there and we’re going to fight really hard,” said Blast forward Vini Dantas.

The Blast holds a one-game-to-none lead over Milwaukee in the best-of-three Eastern Conference Finals after Saturday’s thrilling 8-7 overtime win over the Wave at Royal Farms Arena. The series now shifts to Wisconsin Tuesday night for Game two and potential series-deciding 15-minute mini-game.

“I think everybody’s on the same page,” added Dantas. “We won. Great. But if we don’t win any tomorrow, we’re not through. So, kill it in the first game. Don’t give them any sort of life because that’s what happened to us.”

The Blast heads into this potential series-clinching scenario in exactly the opposite fashion as in the divisional round. Last week Baltimore had to beat Harrisburg in Game 2 and in the mini-game following a game one defeat. They say that experience will only help them on Tuesday night.

“Being able to come back from a game down last week, we know that it’s not over yet,” said Blast forward Tony Donatelli. “Just because we won game one doesn’t mean anything.”

“When it comes down to this time of the year our team has something else. We always find a way,” said Dantas.

“Everything we play for is right now. This is the playoff. Everything is on the line. We’re prepared,” added Kelly.

That preparation gets put to the test when things get going Tuesday night at 7:35 p.m.
