After an extra long Opening Day, the Orioles had Tuesday off.

So they headed to Annapolis to check out the state capital, meeting with the governor, taking a few pictures and got a tour of the governor's mansion.

"Well, we're just thrilled to have the season started," Gov. Larry Hogan said. "Great day yesterday, Opening Day,  in spite of the weather. We came out with a win. They mean so much to the whole state and we are proud of the Orioles and it's great to have another season underway."

The Orioles will take on the Minnesota Twins Wednesday night.

First pitch is at 7:05.
