After a win Sunday in New York, the Orioles clinched a playoff spot. The Birds face the Blue Jays Tuesday night for the right to advance to the Divisional Series.

Here's a look at memorable moments from this season:

May 13 - Baltimore: Chris Tillman out duels Justin Verlander as Orioles beat Tigers 1-0.  Adam Jones’s 200th career HR provided the only offense the O’s needed.

June 7 - Baltimore: Manny Machado charges the mound after being hit by Royals pitcher Yordano Ventura.

July 22 - Baltimore: Orioles down Indians 5-1, Dylan Bundy gets his first Major League win as a starter.

July 24 - Baltimore: Nolan Reimold hits walk off pinch hit 2-run HR as Orioles sweep the Cleveland Indians.

August 14 - San Francisco, CA: Jonathan Schoop hit a go-ahead 3-run HR in the top of the ninth with two outs to help the Orioles overcome a 6 run deficit.  Notable for two reasons, the win helped the Orioles salvage a 10 game road trip and it came on what would have been Earl Weaver’s 86th birthday.  The legendary Orioles manager believed in three things:  pitching, defense and the three run home run.

August 25 - Washington, DC: Ubaldo Jimenez starts against the Nationals.

September 14 - Boston, MA: Kevin Gausman silences Red Sox as Orioles beat 20 game winner Rick Porcello 1-0 . At the time, it put the Orioles within a game of the first place Sox.

September 23 - Baltimore: Mark Trumbo celebrates a walk off home run in the 12th inning against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Orioles won 3-2 in 12 innings.

September 28 - Toronto, Canada: Hyun Soo Kim hits a pinch-hit, 2-run HR in the ninth inning against the Blue Jays.

October 2 - New York, NY: Matt Wieters connects on second 2-run HR of the game in the sixth inning against the Yankees to clinch a playoff spot for the Orioles.
