Olympic gold medalist Katie Ledecky threw the ceremonial first pitch at Wednesday night's game between the Baltimore Orioles and the Washington Nationals.
The 19-year-old Bethesda native won four gold medals and one silver medal at the Rio Olympics, breaking a world record and Olympic medal in the process.

Ledecky, who was born in the U.S. capital, shared a photo of herself on Facebook wearing a Nationals jersey as a preview for her pitch.
Tickets are still available for those interested in the third game in the Beltway series, which the Orioles lead 2-0.
The game starts at 7:05 p.m. at Nationals Park in Washington D.C.
