Nelson Cruz is in Baltimore's lineup for his return to Texas two days after getting hit by a pitch on his left hand.
Cruz says it's weird being back in Texas on the other side. But the major league home run leader with 20 says he only has good feelings and memories of his time in Texas, including two World Series.
The outfielder played the last eight seasons for the Rangers. He missed the final 50 regular-season games last year for violating baseball's drug agreement.
Cruz turned down a $14.1 million qualifying offer from Texas in November, and signed an $8 million, one-year deal with Baltimore early in spring training.
Cruz got hit Sunday at Houston, and had treatment on Monday's off day. He is in left field for Tuesday night's game.
