A Blue Jays fan pleaded guilty to throwing a beer can at Orioles outfielder Hyuan Soo Kim during the seventh inning of the MLB American League Wild Card game.

Pinch hitter Melvin Upton Jr. hit a fly ball out to the track in left field. Kim made the catch, despite the can just missing him.

According to Bleacher Report, Ken Pagan pleaded guilty Tuesday to a mischief charge for throwing the beer can. He's due back in court on June 28 to be sentenced.

After the incident, the Toronto Blue Jays only served beer poured into cups for the remainder of the postseason. They also increased security.
