Authorities say that a 54-year-old woman found dead inside an apartment in a New Jersey resort town was strangled.
Cape May County prosecutors say Denise Webber's boyfriend, Paul Kline, was charged Saturday night with the slaying at the Wesley Inn in Ocean City.
Webber's cause of death was released Sunday after an autopsy.
Prosecutors say Webber and Kline were dating and lived together.
Kline was charged with first degree murder, second degree aggravated assault and endangering an injured victim. It wasn't immediately known if he's represented by a lawyer.
He is scheduled to appear in court Monday afternoon.
