A pedestrian has been pronounced dead after a DC Metro “bus-jacking" in Northeast Washington, D.C. Tuesday morning.
DC Police said a suspect assaulted the bus driver before stealing the bus and hitting a pedestrian in a gas station lot.
incident occurred in the 4200 block of Minnesota Avenue. Metro Transit Police said the bus driver sustained non-life threatening injuries. No passengers were hurt.
Police said the suspect is in custody.
