New video shows what happened seconds after a deadly hijacking of a DC Metro bus Tuesday morning.
Police said 30-year-old Keith Loving attacked a bus driver with pliers and then stole the bus.
Passengers and the driver were able to jump off of the bus as Loving drove off. Police said Loving drove erratically and hit 40-year-old pedestrian Anthony Payne, who later died.

Loving has been charged with second-degree murder.
Metro Transit Police said Tuesday that the bus driver sustained non-life threatening injuries. No passengers were hurt.
