1. Small Appliances
If you’re in the market for a coffee maker or toaster, December is the time to shop. The best spots to look are Wal-Mart, Target and Kohl's.
2. Tools & Hardware
It’s cold outside in most places so people aren’t out doing home improvement projects. This lack of demand makes it the perfect time to get amazing sale prices.
3. Spring Travel
People are more concerned about booking travel to visit family this time of year so you can find amazing savings if you book your spring vacation now. Prices do go up in January.
BONUS: If your artificial tree is looking ratty, wait until after Christmas to buy all your seasonal decorations for next year at huge discounts.
