Mother passes drugs to son in jail through a kiss

PENN YAN, N.Y - The kiss was more than a sign of motherly love.

That's what deputies in upstate New York are charging.
According to authorities, Kimberly Margeson passed drugs to her jailed son.
Guards at the Yates County jail say Margeson slipped Oxycodone pills to her son with a kiss.
She's pleaded not guilty to charges and is free on bail.
Her son also faces new charges in connection with the Oxy incident.
He remains jailed on an unrelated weapons charge.
