NOTE: Allegany, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Charles, Dorchester, Garrett, Kent, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties are 100% managed by contractors. Anne Arundel and Washington Counties are both split in how the bus system is managed.
