Car-sharing service Zipcar is making more than 170 cars in Baltimore free on election night to help last minute voters get to the polls.
Select vehicles will be free from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on November 8 in all markets where Zipcar operates, including hundreds of cities and towns and over 500 college campuses.
The initiative is part of Zipcar’s nation #DRIVEtheVOTE campaign in which the company is making thousands of cars free across the country to encourage voting.
Members can reserve free Zipcars on the mobile app or online and prospective members can join instantly by downloading the app.
