Talking on your cell could now get you pulled over

ANNAPOLIS -

It is already illegal to hold your cell phone while driving in Maryland, but it may soon be a primary offense.

The House of Delegates passed a bill that would allow police to pull you over for talking on a handheld phone.

Right now, you have to be doing something else illegal first to get pulled over.

The measure is moving on to the Senate.
