1 Dead, 3 Injured in Suitland Parkway Crash

MORNINGSIDE, Md. (AP) -- U.S. Park Police say one person is dead and three others are injured after a car went off the road on the Suitland Parkway and overturned. Officers found the car on its side along eastbound Suitland Parkway between Suitland and Forestville roads around 11:20 p.m. Sunday. Police say the woman who was driving the car was pronounced dead on the scene. They say two male passengers in the rear were taken to Prince George's Hospital Center. Emergency workers spent two hours freeing the woman sitting in the front passenger seat, whose legs were pinned under the dashboard.
