The prosecution of two illegal immigrants accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in Maryland has officially ended.
The Washington Post is reporting that prosecutors in Montgomery county have dropped child pornography charges against Henry Sanchez Milian.
Prosecutors initially accused Milian and another 17-year-old boy of raping a girl at Rockville High School.
The rape charges were later dropped but prosecutors then filed child porn counts, alleging the 2 shared images of the girl.
The 17-year old boy resolved his case in juvenile court.
