BALTIMORE - The polls have opened in Maryland and folks are exercising their civic duty.
Voting has been light, but steady at the Highlandtown Elementary School polling place (3233 East Pratt Street, Baltimore).
Voter Dave McHugh voted in Hunt Valley and said that it took 30 minutes--start to finish, to vote. But the line was twice as long when he left, he said.
