Police have released new photos of people they believe are involved in a statewide counterfeit cash ring.
Maryland State Police say the group, involving at least six people, has been buying high dollar items with fake cash then returning the items for real money.
The counterfeit bills have been passed at a number of retail stores around Maryland.
If you have information about the suspects you can contact Metro Crime Stoppers. If your tip to Metro Crime Stoppers, leads to the identity, arrest and indictment in this case, then you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
