Maryland State Police said a man’s body was found in a car on I-95 Monday morning.
The man hasn’t been identified and the cause of his death is under investigation.
State troopers were patrolling the area of southbound I-95 just after 3 a.m. Monday when they noticed an SUV on the shoulder about three quarters of a mile prior to Route 195 in Halethorpe.
The car appeared to have sustained noticeable damage, according to police. Inside the car, troopers found an unresponsive man slumped over in the driver’s seat.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The right southbound lane of I-95 at 195 in Halethorpe was closed Monday morning due to the investigation.
