Former member of Gov. Larry Hogan's cabinet accused of having state employees do homework for her

Documents show that a member of Gov. Larry Hogan's cabinet who recently resigned had assigned state employees to help with course work for her master's degree studies.

C. Gail Bassette was secretary of the Department of General Services before abruptly leaving last month.

Hogan's office said at the time that she leaving to work in the private sector.
