The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore opened new a bobcat exhibit in the Maryland Wilderness area.
The Zoo has two bobcats, a young male named 'Kilgore' and six-year-old female named Josie.
The habitat space is located near the otters exhibit just outside of the Marsh Aviary. It includes a pool and land areas.
President of The Maryland Zoo, Don Hutchinson said, "We worked to give these animals a space that replicates their native habitat, as well as to provide our guests the ability to see them."

Bobcats are nocturnal and mainly found in western Maryland. They are named for their distinctive short, "bobbed" tail.
According to experts, bobcats can grow up to be about twice the size as a housecat. They eat birds, mice and other smaller animals.
Kilgore will be in the bobcat exhibit from 10 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. while he acclimates to the new space.
Josie has not fully acclimated to the exhibit and will not be on public view yet.
The bobcat exhibit was funded by the State of Maryland and sponsored by Frostburg State University, home of the Frostburg Bobcats.
