Maryland has trouble collecting on toll violators

A new law in Maryland has been put in place to better help collect delinquent tolls, but officials are having trouble enforcing it.

Officials from the Maryland Transportation Authority say only about one percent of drivers ignore tolls, but those drivers have racked up a bill of more than $3 million.

The most owed by one person is said to be about $8,200.
